An Austin restaurant will get some national exposure tonight on CNBC.

Seth Helmley and Perry Ray from Ms. P’s Electric Cock Fried Chicken will compete on “Restaurant Startup,” hoping to secure an investment that will allow them to grow their business.

They’ll be up against two culinary teachers from the Philadelphia area who hope to start their own fried chicken restaurant, which would be called Smoke Kitchen.

The two teams were selected from hundreds of restaurateurs who applied to be on the show, the network said.

“Restaurant Startup” airs at 9 p.m.
